Visualizing a social intranet
The Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom. Employees use an intranet to organize and manage a large and complex amount of information. As design partners in creating a new intranet, we followed a user centered design process to develop new information architecture, taxonomy and design. In addition to research results and recommendations, our deliverables included a style guide (draft) and HTML templates that met strict AAA accessibility guidelines.
